Roles & Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders towards successful requirement delivery
- Document business requirements as user stories and their corresponding acceptance criteria
- Creation of the business workflows and configuration on the platform
- Help development team to debug configuration related issues
- Need to closely work with development and product team
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computers Engineering or comparable experience
- Experienced in elicitation of requirement, specifications documentation (BRD/PRD) with proven skills in creating use cases and user stories
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experienced in working on complex technical programs involving integrations among multiple applications
- Good logical reasoning and analytical skills
- Need to be a Team player
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Should have good Problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience of working on a workflow management tool
