Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage any and all conversations happening on our social media channels
2. Respond to comments and user queries in a timely manner by collaborating with the concerned stakeholders within the company
3. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
4. Build long-lasting relationships with avid followers on social media
5. Research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry
