Roles & Responsibilities
- Encourage the creation and implementation of growth marketing initiatives using a range of Indian market-relevant platforms.
- Help with campaign performance analysis, trend identification, and data-driven insights to maximize growth tactics.
- To carry out growth efforts, cooperate with cross-functional teams from marketing, international growth, strategy, proposal, and analytics.
- Participate in the investigation and testing of novel growth strategies and channels tailored to the Indian market.
- As required, assist and oversee vendor relationships.
- Contribute to the development of reports and presentations that convey growth performance and important discoveries.
- Keep abreast on the most recent developments and industry best practices in growth marketing and India’s digital environment.
- Engage fully in the educational and developmental possibilities offered by the Early Career Program.
Requirements
- Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, have 0–2 years of experience, and show a keen interest in increasing both users and revenue.
- AÂ self-starter who is extremely driven, eager to learn, and proactive in fixing problems.
- Analytical, meticulous, and capable of deciphering data and coming to insightful conclusions (some familiarity with Excel is a bonus).
- Have strong interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to work well in a team.
- Well-organized and capable of handling several priorities and tasks in a changing setting.
- At ease operating in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace where flexibility and critical thinking are crucial.
- Enthusiastic about digital media, music, podcasts, and the entertainment sector.
- It is advantageous to have knowledge of Indian consumer behavior and the digital ecosystem.
