Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as a relationship manager for NoBroker’s paying clients.
Establish enduring bonds and trust with client accounts by communicating honestly and actively.
Go above and above to deliver exceptional customer service.
A position that is full-time.
Determine and evaluate the needs of the clients.
Assist clients in locating the ideal home or tenant based on their needs.
Answer incoming and outgoing calls from prospects and consumers.
Make use of internal resources and techniques to give the client the most experience possible.
Represent clients in negotiations with leads.
Inform the client about the status of his account.
Adhere to policies, norms, and communication processes.
