Roles & Responsibilities
- Call candidates and meet the weekly hiring targets assigned.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Maintain candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Prepare and release offer letters.
- Handle salary negotiations with selected candidates.
