Roles & Responsibilities
Undergraduate interns will work with Dalberg project teams to help our clients come up with creative, practical solutions. Interns will collaborate closely with team members and assume responsibility for major project tasks, such as spearheading investigations and assessments. For the course of the internship, interns will be paired with junior staff members who will act as mentors. Additionally, each intern will have a designated advisor who will oversee their professional development and advancement throughout the internship. Regular training in company development, communications, consulting techniques, and interest-specific content areas will be provided to interns.
Requirements
- Undergraduate student enrolled full-time, anticipated to graduate in 2024 or 2025
- Obtaining a degree in a relevant discipline, such as engineering, science, math, business, international relations, or economics.
- Outstanding academic history
- Possess a track record of leadership, both on and off campus; strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Capacity to deliver knowledge both orally and in writing in a perceptive and organized manner
- Knowledge of the political and cultural realities of global environments or organizations

Melbourne, Mumbai, New Delhi and Singapore
Duration
The Undergraduate Intern role is a 08-10 week program, starting June 2024.
