Roles & Responsibilities
- Work together with different groups to plan exciting online gatherings that strengthen bonds among teammates and raise spirits.
- Arrange and carry out team-building activities that improve remote workers’ ability to communicate and work together.
- Provide engaging design and content for the welcome mailers and induction deck to guarantee a friendly and educational onboarding process for new hires.
- Create interesting and educational material for LinkedIn posts that highlight the business’s events and activities to bolster its online presence. Help build and sustain a strong employer brand by emphasizing the business’s accomplishments, culture, and values.
- Liaison and oversee the onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Participate actively in employee engagement surveys, HR programs that emphasize diversity and inclusion, and other strategic endeavors.
