Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with organizing hiring procedures, such as posting jobs, reviewing applications, and setting up interviews.
- Assist the HR department in running new hire orientation programs.
- Keep up-to-date personnel records in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Support the planning of staff training and development initiatives.
- Work together on a range of administrative assignments and projects with the HR department.
- Take part in HR meetings and offer creative suggestions to enhance procedures.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal staff and outside applicants.
