Through assisting consumers in finding, vetting, and purchasing trustworthy local resources on the internet, we are addressing a major issue (USD 100 billion industry in India alone). In only four years, we’ve grown from three services in one city to 107 services in 17 cities across four continents, scaled from 5-10 daily customers served to 1.5 million today, and grown from three co-founders to 800 team members. The creators have worked in New York, Silicon Valley, Southeast Asia, and India at BCG, Twitter, Yelp, and Qualcomm.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner management: Assist and develop new partners across a range of domains
- Pitching: Introduce the possibilities of Urban Company to prospective hires as you interact with and onboard them.
- Referral calling: Connect with referrals to provide a seamless joining experience
Requirements
- A graduate in any field
- Able to handle a high amount of calls every day
- Outstanding communication abilities, particularly when interacting with blue-collar workers
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
- Requirement for a laptop
- Proficiency with Google Sheets
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Must be open to working six days a week from the office.

Duration
The Urban Company internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.18,000 – 23,000 / month
