Roles & Responsibilities
1. Working together to get a thorough grasp of the product and the documentation needs with developers, designers, product managers, marketers, and SMEs.
2. Figuring out what technical documentation end users require and producing feature guides, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, onboarding guides, training manuals, release notes, and other content.
3. Producing presentations, infographics, flyers, brochures, newsletters, and guides to highlight the advantages of Zycus’ solutions for learners who prefer to see things visually.
4. Creating and producing entertaining material, such as videos that explain products to different stakeholders.
5. Consistently reviewing and updating the material to make sure it remains current with new product features, customer use cases, technical support challenges, and other internal advancements.
6. Create and manage the internal knowledge repository using SharePoint.
