Roles & Responsibilities
- Help find suitable applicants using a variety of methods.
- Post job openings on all pertinent websites.
- Serve as the applicant’s initial point of contact.
- Arrange and oversee the scheduling of interviews between interviewers and candidates.
- Guarantee that the interview process runs smoothly for the prospects.
- Strengthen the company’s image by holding events and recruiting drives.
