Roles & Responsibilities
1. Work on HR operations (onboarding process, induction, confirmation, transfer, exit formalities, payroll co-ordination)
2. Work on goal setting, performance management & process implementation for assigned businesses
3. Work on HR MIS for the business
4. Work on employee engagement and regular employee connect
5. Timely update the business organization structure
6. Handle employee queries and grievances

The Viacom 18 internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.15,000 – 20,000 / month
