Ronnie Screwvala, Mayank Kumar, Phalgun Kompalli, and Ravijot Chugh founded upGrad, an Indian online higher education firm, in 2015. The company is the Government of India’s official education partner for the Startup India programme. Working people, college students, and corporations can enrol in online programmes in IT, Data Science, Management, and Technology through the EdTech organisation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth research and produce, edit, and polish material for a range of projects, including newsletters, explainer series, podcasts, mailers, and other business-to-business endeavors.
- Provide interesting and educational content to establish our business as a thought leader in the higher education sector.
- To inform content development plans, stay up to date on industry trends, competitor actions, and target audience preferences.
- Make use of your artistic design abilities to create visually appealing content for our initiatives by adding infographics and other eye-catching visual components.
- Oversee and uphold the editorial calendar, making sure that material is planned, delivered, and projects are completed on time.
- Analyze and track the performance of your content, offering suggestions and insights for optimization and ongoing development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in journalism, marketing, or a similar discipline.
- Outstanding editing and writing abilities, showcasing the capacity to produce interesting content for a variety of platforms, including blogs, articles, infographics, and social media postings.
- Strong analytical and research abilities that allow you to efficiently collect and synthesize data.
- Knowledge of the best methods for creating web content and SEO concepts.
- It’s essential to be proficient with Canva, Grammarly, and other marketing tools.
- Along with some exposure to design, an interest in or understanding of brand marketing and content creation are prerequisites.
