Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assisting with transaction processing while onboarding
2. Gathering, inputting, and preserving application data
3. Gathering, verifying, and handling employment-related data for new hires (apart from benefit or payroll processing); tasks may involve processing travel documents and obtaining medical clearance.
4. Overseeing high volume sourcing, which may involve arranging interviews, conducting selection processing procedures, and setting up training class placement in addition to data input into relevant systems.
5. Notifying candidates of acceptances or rejections
6. Offering each and every employee the best possible customer service by swiftly attending to their questions.
7. Reaching performance benchmarks and following set guidelines for client service
8. Raising non-routine issues to the relevant parties
9. Following established protocols, guidelines, and frameworks
10. Understanding administrative guidelines, rules, and practices
11. Keeping documents about queries from staff and clients
12. Protecting the privacy and security of applicant information
13. Handling mail, placing supply orders, and performing additional tasks as the department requires
