Roles & Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with the internal marketing team for annual/quarterly approved budgets
2. Create POs timely for all activities and vendors
3. Track invoices from agencies/vendors
4. Process invoices timely for all agencies/vendors
5. Follow up with vendors for supporting documents
