Roles & Responsibilities
1. Build trackers for live chat
2. Set up training modules (listening to conversations, working with customer relationship management to set up business requirements applicable to the category)
3. Build workflow and SOP

Bangalore, India.
Duration
The Titan Company internship will be for a period of 3 months.
