Roles & Responsibilities
1. Insert a purchase request (PR) into the SAP program.
2. Follow up with the internal finance team regarding the purchase order.
3. Sending invoices, collecting money, and requesting top management permission.
4. Working together with the central finance staff for brands.
5. Keep the MIS up to date in Excel, including all cost entries that come in the mail.
6. Keep an updated final cost sheet that you may discuss with the brand managers for each of your markets.
7. Take care of the office’s daily operations and any other tasks that you might occasionally be assigned.
8. Management of Vendors.
9. Examining the Ad-Edit measurement.
