Roles & Responsibilities
1. Handling customer queries, and problems through calls or chat
2. Maintaining proper communication with the customer and guiding them through the process
Location
Mumbai, India / Work from home till situation improves.
Duration
The internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.17,000 / month
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 4000 per customer satisfaction).
Incentives: Rs.4000 based on customer satisfaction
