On December 5, 1952, the Company was first incorporated under the name Lakme Limited (-Lakme-). Lakme was a manufacturer, retailer, and exporter of toiletry, cosmetic, and fragrance items. Lakme made the decision to leave its cosmetics division in 1998 in order to focus on clothing selling. Following this, Lakme Limited changed its name to Trent Limited and Trent Limited amalgamated with Lakme on July 1, 1998.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Training Management: Assistance in Need-Based Administrative duties related to training and cooperation with regions across India for the sessions.
- LMS: Assist the LMS staff in overseeing the administration of sessions and courses, as well as in handling reports.
- Support for material & Assessment preparation: Make an effort to provide assistance with the preparation of material and assessments for different training modules.
- Manage and analyze data: Make use of your sophisticated Excel abilities to monitor, arrange, and evaluate huge datasets, offering insightful information to assist in the decision-making process. possess advanced knowledge of one or more data tools, such as Power BI, R, Python, SQL, Tableau, etc., as well as Excel.
- Database management: To guarantee accurate and prompt information retrieval, maintain and update the Employee Database Management System.
- Video editing: Work together with the training team and store operations to produce engaging and expert videos that successfully communicate the message of our brand and captivate our target audience. possess a working or intermediate level of expertise while using video tools.
- UI & UX design: Closely collaborate with the training team to develop aesthetically pleasing and intuitive user interfaces that improve our digital platforms’ overall user experience. own a functional or intermediate level of comfort using UI tools.
- Troubleshooting and solving issues: Determine and fix technical problems with the user interface, data management, and video editing to guarantee seamless operation on all pertinent platforms.
