Roles & Responsibilities
- Arranging interviews and communicating with applicants and other relevant parties to guarantee a smooth hiring procedure
- Making cold calls to prospective employees and conversing with them about Tata Projects career prospects
- Publishing employment opportunities across several channels and platforms to draw in eligible applicants
- The ability to travel as needed for business purposes in order to take part in campus drives, job fairs, recruitment events, and site visits
- Helping with office administration duties, such as organizing documents, managing databases, and keeping records
- Mapping the market and recruiting people to find suitable applicants for particular positions inside the company
- Working together with the HR department to improve the candidate experience overall, use best practices, and expedite the recruitment process
