Roles & Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the HR procedures with the HR staff in accordance with the corporate and unit guidelines.
2. Establish a culture of continuous learning and growth and strong staff morale at work. Utilize ESS feedback to create an action plan.
3. Create policies and practices that increase worker satisfaction and cost effectiveness.
4. Work related to hiring, managing, and evaluating the unit’s personnel
5. Monitor internal training programs
6. Oversee time-related office tasks and produce a range of reports.
7. Payroll administration tasks
8. Carry out engagement exercises
9. Compile monthly HR reports in accordance with company guidelines.
10. Create monthly and annual training schedules in collaboration with HODs.
11. Continue planning town hall gatherings
12. Ensure that all statutory compliance is regularly administered.
13. Oversee the leaders’ and employees’ performance management system
14. Handle employee relations
15. Engage in a range of welfare initiatives
16. Encouraging community development initiatives

Perks
Stipend: Rs.12,000 / month
