Roles & Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs
2. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas
3. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
4. Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, easy to use, and aligned with best practices and industry standards
5. Create and maintain design guidelines and style guides for consistency across products
6. Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results
7. Work on staying up-to-date with current UI/UX design trends, technologies, and best practices
