Roles & Responsibilities
- To increase consumer engagement and retention, identify opportunities, plan and carry out trials, and offer data-driven suggestions that enhance existing marketing and business procedures.
- Keep an eye on the performance and delivery management of communications delivered through several CRM marketing channels, including Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Messages, Email, In-App, and Browser Notifications.
- Working on analytics, MIS, and weekly/daily updates • Measuring and reporting the performance of all CRM marketing efforts and comparing them to goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Conduct experiments, conversion tests, A/B tests, lift studies, and derive significant conclusions from them.
- To optimize the campaigns, work together with internal departments on creatives, data inputs, etc.
- The capacity to handle difficult deadlines and priorities.
- To engage users with timely and pertinent material, create a communication calendar and oversee the delivery of marketing campaigns via email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app, and push channels.
