We have recently ventured into the shared mobility services and launched rPool (an eco-smart bike pool and carpool solution for professionals) as a part of the RedBus app on both iOS and Android platforms. Users can use both carpool and bike pool to share/to take a ride for their daily commute.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Coordinating with a lounge partner to provide the best service to redBus customers
2. Encouraging customers who are waiting outside or on the roadside to use the lounge facility
3. Assisting customers with bus arrival
4. Monitoring and recording customer footfall

The RedBus internship will be for a period of 3 months.

Stipend: Rs.10,000 / month
