About the role

As a TA Intern, you will be an integral part of our team’s exciting recruitment efforts as we seek out and draw in highly qualified people for our expanding business. From finding and vetting candidates to setting up interviews and assisting with the onboarding of new employees, you will acquire invaluable experience in every phase of the hiring process.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the TA team in finding suitable applicants via a variety of platforms (social media, internet job sites, etc.).
  • Help with the application and resume screening process in accordance with job standards.
  • Arrange and oversee the logistics of interviews.
  • Create interview materials and work with hiring managers to arrange them.
  • Interview potential candidates in advance (optional).
  • Help with the onboarding of new employees (optional)
  • Keep up on market developments and top hiring techniques.
  • Take part in initiatives and efforts aimed at recruiting.


  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, ideally in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline
  • Strong time-management and organizing abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Capacity to function both alone and collaboratively
  • A love for recruiting and establishing connections
