Our 8-year-old firm, Rebel Foods (parent company of Faasos), is revolutionising the food delivery market by creating and operating the world’s biggest network of internet restaurants, which includes Faasos, Behrouz Biryani, Oven Story, and Mandarin Oak. Roles & Responibilities
- Envisage customer journey frameworks for Rebel’s own channels on the website and app to ensure higher retention, cross-sell, up-sell, cart value
- Identify the various customer touchpoints across different channels (WhatsApp, SMS, email, push notification, etc.) and create a comprehensive plan for communication
- Execute the finalized journeys using Clevertap
- Track the efficacy of the campaigns and improve the journeys by implementing a feedback loop
The Rebel Foods internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Stipend: Rs.25,000 / month
