Roles & Responsibilities
- Gathering information via market research, interviews, and surveys of clients and agencies regarding their digital media spending patterns.
- Examining the information acquired to determine the typical difficulties clients have controlling their expenditure on digital media.
- Comparing the current product offerings of our company with those of competitors in order to pinpoint areas that require improvement.
- Creating a list of suggestions for improving our product line to better serve customers and address their issues.
- Putting together a presentation that senior management will see that summarizes the conclusions, insights, and suggestions.
