Roles & Responsibilities
- Keep an eye on and guarantee that staff members are adhering to company regulations and legal obligations.
- Help oversee employee benefit programs, such as retirement plans, health insurance, and other perks.
- Assist in answering questions from staff members about benefits.
- Keep HR databases and records current and correct while maintaining data confidentiality and integrity.
- Assist with new hires’ background checks, work with outside organizations, and monitor the results of the checks.
- Write and send a variety of correspondence to staff members and other interested parties.
- Help maintain and update Workday’s personnel database.
