About the Internship
In this internship, you will have the chance to work on the ground level, tackling a variety of issues, making decisions, and seeing immediate results. You will learn about P&G’s world-renowned technology. You’ll also learn about P&G’s standards and procedures. Finally, via on-the-job experience, mentorship, and training, you will develop your own talents.
You are likely to be placed in one of the following functions:
- Production – Packing
- Conduct research about the loss of performance (on equipment, skills, organization).
- Determine one or more critical initiatives to help the packing line meet its performance goals.
- Methods for resolving technical issues should be established.
- Systematize maintenance tools and apply production management software.
- Work on putting new equipment in place and getting it up and running.

2. Production – Making
- Make a performance loss research and analysis (equipment, organization, skills).
- Ensure that various departments are communicating with one another (logistics, packing, projects etc.).
- Create instructional programs for operators and team leaders to aid in their professional development.
- Create tools for systematization, streamline processes, and standardize tasks.
3. Quality
- Quality indicators and audits should be developed.
- Contribute to the production (especially on equipment validation, process etc.).
- Investigate “out of the ordinary” and devise a strategy.
- As part of a versatile team, participate in workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Executing stated plans with technical competence and discipline.
- Ability to work together with others.
- Capacity to evaluate problems and come up with solutions. Also, the capacity to innovate and utilize previous accomplishments.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Who are eligible to participate in the Internship Placement process at their campus.
