It provides both wholesale and retail funding opportunities across industry sectors.
In real estate, the platform provides housing finance and other financing solutions across the entire capital stack such as structured debt, construction finance, flexi lease rental discounting, etc. PCHFL also offers customized financing solutions to the hospitality sector.
The wholesale business in the non-real estate sector includes separate verticals – Corporate Finance (CFG) and Emerging Corporate Lending (ECL). CFG provides customized funding solutions to companies across sectors such as infrastructure, renewable energy, industrials, auto components, etc. while ECL focuses on providing funds to small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Portfolio Monitoring: Keep an eye on and evaluate credit portfolios to spot new dangers and suggest sensible countermeasures.
- Risk Assessment: Take into account variables including financial stability, market movements, and economic indicators while assessing the possible hazards connected to credit extension.
- Product Policy and Process Governance: Guarantee adherence to legal and regulatory standards, as well as the organization’s credit policies and processes.
- Communication: To obtain pertinent information, communicate with internal teams, such as the finance, sales, and legal departments.
- Reporting: For management review, compile frequent reports on risk measurements, trends, and portfolio performance.
- Constant Learning: Keep abreast of market developments, legal requirements, investor presentations, balance sheets, BFSI P&L analyses, and best practices for credit risk management.
