Roles & Responsibilities
- Reaching out to existing and prospective customers to provide them with information about the good and service
- Responding to all inquiries and concerns about the business and its offerings
- Asking inquiries to better understand the needs of the consumer and completing the transaction
- Maintaining and updating the customer database
- Accurately receiving and processing orders
- Managing complaints to protect the company’s brand
- Encouraging businesses to make sales by going above and above and hitting a sales target
- Maintaining a log of all sales conversations and helpful information notes
- Providing daily updates on the result to the team leader
