Roles & Responsibilities
- Encourage the Performance Management System’s implementation and ongoing enhancement.
- Define and simplify KRAs and KPIs for workers in close collaboration with HRBPs.
- Support HR operations and tasks pertaining to pay and benefits.
- Analyze data and create reports as needed.
- Evaluate current HR procedures, spot irregularities, and provide opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that HR data is kept up to date and confidential.
