Roles & Responsibilities
1. Provide support for the planning, creation, and deployment of network infrastructure elements, such as IP firewalls, TCP/IP, ICMP, NAT, and other relevant technologies.
2. Work together with cross-functional groups comprising project managers, developers, and IT administrators to guarantee the smooth integration of network infrastructure into different projects.
3. Take part in the continuous upkeep and observation of the network infrastructure, spotting and resolving possible problems early on.
4. Use Confluence to contribute to the documentation of standards, best practices, and network infrastructure processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree in information technology or computer science
- A solid grasp of TCP/IP, ICMP, NAT, IP firewalls, and associated network protocols
- Knowledge of teamwork, communication, and planning techniques in a work environment
- Expertise with project management and teamwork applications like Confluence and JIRA
- Outstanding analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities in engineering or a similar discipline
- Capacity to interact with teammates and stakeholders in a clear and effective manner and to work well in a team setting
- A ambition to advance in the infrastructure engineering domain
