Launched in May 2020, Man Matters provides individualized treatment plans for hair loss, beard development, fitness, and nutrition to more than 2.5 million men each year. Established in May 2021, Be Body Wise provides more than 4 million women annually with personalized solutions and medical consultations for PCOS, sleep, diet, hair, skin, and body care. Launched in May 2022, Little Joys offers scientifically supported solutions to more than 2 million parents every year, with an emphasis on the physical, mental, and emotional development of children, including immunity, nutrition, brain health, and hygiene.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles aligned with role requirements
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Draft job descriptions and assist in posting openings across multiple platforms
- Support campus recruitment and bulk hiring initiatives, where applicable
- Assist with employer branding activities, including social media hiring posts
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
