Roles & Responsibilities
- Interact with customers through multiple channels including chat, email, and phone calls
- Provide prompt, empathetic, and effective solutions to customer queries and concerns
- Document and share customer insights to support improvements in customer experience processes
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer journey
