Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting the Program lead in curation & execution of large-scale on-ground & virtual event
- Coordinating with multiple external agency partners to ensure efficient execution on all fronts
- Coordinating with the program lead to ensure adherence to all internal processes related to aligning internal teams, vendor management, invoice processing etc.
- Planning end to end invitation management of high-stake holder guests by inviting them to the event, noting their confirmations and other requests
- Working closely with the internal team for planning the seating layout of all the guests attending the event
- Managing event related tasks such as content production & logistics to name a few
- Execute tasks with attention to detail within fixed timelines
- Assess various vendors and negotiate with them as per various event requirements
- Managing all event operations such as booking the venue, arranging the accommodation and logistical requirements of the guests and executing other tasks
- Track event expenses regularly and keep the internal team updated
- Sharing daily updates on the progress of the project
