In the Indian logistics business, we are one of the largest 3PL solution providers. Supply chain management (SCM) and corporate personnel transportation solutions are two independent business divisions for Mahindra Logistics (PTS).
Roles & Responsibilities
(a) Assistance with recruitment:
- Helping to publish job openings on many job boards and social media sites.
- Scheduling interviews and reviewing resumes.
- Taking part in the preliminary evaluations and interviews with candidates.
(b) Orientation and Onboarding:
- Helping with the creation of orientation and onboarding materials.
- Ensuring newly hired personnel finish all required documentation and training courses.
(c) Employee engagement:
- Assisting in the organization and management of events and activities aimed at fostering employee engagement.
- Using focus groups and surveys to get employee feedback.
(d) Administrative assistance:
- Updating HR databases and keeping track of employees.
- Helping with the creation of HR presentations and reports.
- Responding to general HR questions and offering assistance when required.
(e) Education and training:
- Helping to set up workshops and training sessions.
- Monitoring the status of staff training and keeping training documentation.
