Club Mahindra Holidays is a 1996-founded Indian travel firm. It is a subsidiary of the Mahindra Group and offers timeshare vacations. Mahindra Holiday & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) is a subsidiary of the Mahindra Group’s leisure and hospitality division.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Answer all the exception requests/escalation requests received through phones/emails etc. and ensure resolution
- Acquire a thorough product knowledge for client servicing
- Maintain the MIS of all the relevant documentation, escalations, exception bookings, filing the contracts/agreements
Location
Mumbai, India.
Duration
The Mahindra Holidays & Resorts internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.10,000 / month
