Roles & Responsibilities
- Continue to maintain the candidates’ and managers’ collaboration.
- Work on the hiring process, including mail composition, first-round interviews, exit interviews, screening, and shortlisting.
- Manage the organization’s HRMS site.
- Continue creating the salary annexes.
- Occasionally focus on other tasks.
