Roles & Responsibilities
- Working on development, testing, deployment, upgradation, and maintenance of applications to support community forest governance
- Working closely with product engineers and researchers on the forest governance team
- Writing clean and efficient code for Android applications
- Monitoring the performance of live apps and working on optimizing the codebase
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks, rectifying bugs, and enhancing application performance to ensure scalability
- Performing timely testing to ensure resolution of performance inefficiencies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and design new features as per the needs of the larger team and multiple stakeholders
- Developing documentation and version control strategy for efficient deployment
