Roles & Responsibilities
Building Communities:
Create, grow, and oversee investor and trader communities
Encourage daily participation
Work together with the growth and product teams to distribute pertinent campaigns and updates.
Monitor group activities, address questions, and guarantee a satisfying user experience.
Gather opinions and information to guide decisions about new products and expansion.
Events:
Find chances to represent INDmoney in important occasions.
Oversee the whole event execution process, including pre-event preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event interaction.
Collaborations:
Determine and assess any joint venture prospects.
Encourage partner negotiations, onboarding, and activation to promote quantifiable user growth.
Monitor partnership performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Strong desire to foster community development, user interaction, and expansion
- Enthusiasm for trading and stock markets; formal finance education (CFA, FRM, CA) and/or prior trading experience are highly preferred.
- Capacity to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of basic SQL and coding is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking
- Self-starter with a problem-solving and creative mindset
