About ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth
The ICICI Group established the non-profit ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth (ICICI Foundation) in early 2008 to continue and expand its heritage of advancing inclusive growth. The Foundation supports developmental activities in four chosen key areas through partnerships with specialized grassroots organizations and public systems. We are dedicated to making long-term investments in initiatives that promote equitable growth via successful interventions. Fostering inclusive growth in India by concentrating efforts in the areas of financial inclusion, rural development, skill development, and sustainable livelihood.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in hiring decisions and help with the recruitment process by locating individuals, holding interviews, and conducting
- Use Excel spreadsheets and databases to handle personnel records and data entry.
- Assist with the documentation and orientation associated with the new hire onboarding process.
- Support the planning of employee training and development programs
- Participate in the organization of employee engagement campaigns and events
- Attend to employee questions and offer assistance with HR-related issues
- Participate as needed in various HR programs and activities
