Roles & Responsibilities
1. Source potential candidates from various online channels (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
3. Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, and job boards
4. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and create interview lineups
5. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
6. Prepare offer and appointment letters
7. Conduct joining formalities
8. Plan and execute employee engagement activities
