Roles & Responsibilities
- Forming partnerships with new recruiting consultants and training institutes to use as hiring resources.
- Sourcing applicants for campus placement/referral programmes from campuses/colleges/universities and conducting interviews with them.
- Assisting with day-to-day recruitment tasks, such as interviewing candidates and communicating with consultants/vendors.
- Keeping track of the recruitment and vendor management information systems.

Mumbai, India.
Duration
The HDFC Group internship will be for a period of 2 months.
