Customers can use the app and its services for free, with direct mutual fund plans becoming available in April 2018. Groww offers information to mutual fund explorers such as past performance and stocks owned, as well as educational material on investing and mutual fund portfolios for different objectives and profiles.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Growth team to use CRM channels to promote User Engagement & Retention.
- Ownership of CRM campaigns from start to finish. Create, implement, and oversee daily campaigns using RCS, WhatsApp, email, SMS, and push notifications to increase app quality DAU, WAU, and MAU.
- Create drop-off routes and drip campaigns to increase product conversions.
- Ensuring CRM procedures are efficient in order to deliver campaigns on time. Improve campaign metrics like as conversion rates, delivery percentages, and CTR percentages.
- Work together with cross-functional teams, such as the Business, Product, and Creative teams, to develop and implement successful campaigns that complement user insights, corporate goals, and product milestones.

Requirements
- 1- 2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or CRM positions
- knowledge of CRM platforms, such as WebEngage, MoEngage, and CleverTap
- Strong knowledge of lifecycle marketing and client segmentation.
- The capacity to evaluate, decipher, and optimize marketing analytics is known as an analytical mindset.
- Self-starter who can independently oversee execution.
- Outstanding communication and coordination abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Enthusiasm for customer behavior, experimentation, and expansion.
- The capacity to flourish when faced with difficult problem statements. Definitely a go-getter.
- Obsession on client satisfaction. readiness to develop and learn.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree is required, along with related training or work experience.
