About the Summer Analyst Internship
Our Summer Analyst Internship is a summer internship for undergraduate students that lasts eight to ten weeks. You will be completely engaged in one of our divisions’ day-to-day operations.
As a participant, you will:
- Attend orientation where you’ll learn about our culture, as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of the firm
- Receive division-specific training designed to help you succeed
- Have the opportunity to work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and our people
Eligibility Criteria
The summer analyst role is for applicants who are currently pursuing a college or university degree and is normally completed within the second penultimate year of their studies.

Corporate and Workplace Solutions – Delivers strategies that increase our people’s efficiency and productivity.

Finance – Manages the company’s liquidity, cash, and risk, as well as providing financial management and reporting.
Global Compliance – Dedicated to safeguarding the firm’s integrity and risk management in all business fields.
Global Investment Research – In the equity, fixed income, currency, and commodities markets, provides client-focused analysis.
Global Markets – Enables our clients to buy and sell financial products, raise funding and manage risk.
Human Capital Management – In charge of recruiting, creating, and handling the firm’s most valuable asset: its employees.
Internal Audit – Assesses the firm’s internal control system, provides advice to management on control solutions, and oversees their execution.
Investment Banking – Provides a wide variety of investment banking services to companies, financial firms, founders, fund managers, and governments, among others.
