Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive Forecasting and business planning (revenues, costs)
- Providing divisional leadership with performance metrics
- Administration and oversight of the division’s cost basis
- Communicate with regional finance teams, business unit CFOs, and other relevant parties.
- Analysis of headcount, resources, and efficiency
- Regional and industry-level margin analysis
- Analyze competitors and client profitability.
- Monitor and evaluate market share by category and globally (merger, equity, high yield, and investment grade).
- To increase expense recoverability and savings, report and evaluate spending by area or division.
- Work on client revenue metrics, such as the division’s top clients and the frequency of revenue production.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a similar discipline
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent technical and quantitative skills
- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Basic understanding of IB products related to financing and M&A
- The ideal candidate will be aggressive, passionate, and focused on working as a team.
- Strong focus on customer service
- Capacity and commitment to fulfill rigorous and demanding timelines
