About Future Group
Future Group’s project, Tathastu, the next-generation innovation labs, aims to create a new-age retail experience by merging the physical with the digital and augmenting it with data. By integrating AI/ML, data science, and new technologies with consumer platforms, we’re building next-generation consumer engagements.
Easy day, Big Bazaar, Central, Brand factory, aLL, Clarks, and Coverstory are among the Future Group’s retail brands for which Tathastu’s eCommerce department has created online consumer platforms. We’ve created a new retail platform that combines our online and offline retail streams, backed by our network of offline locations. We utilise data to drive all of our product choices, and we develop internal tools to help us expand our influence with a small, tight-knit workforce.
Our extensive retail network, strong logistics, and technological skills have enabled us to offer a 2-hour delivery guarantee on every product in the fashion, food, FMCG, and home categories.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruiting individuals using a variety of methods, including job boards, internet sourcing, networking, Naukri, social media, internal databases, vendors, and advertisements.
- Conducting preliminary telephone interviews and determining the suitability of candidates for the position.
- Throughout the interview process, coordinating with HR and recruiting supervisors.
- Checking your references.
- Creating and distributing offer and appointment letters.
- Keeping track on and updating recruiting trackers and dashboards on a regular basis.
- Managing other responsibilities as needed.
Desired Qualifications / Skills
- Any graduate or post-graduate student is eligible to apply.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as Google apps.
- A thorough understanding of several job portals.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.
- Time management and organising abilities are essential.
- Self-starter who is willing to work on their own.
