Roles & Responsibilities

- Representing the company in CIT/ITAT tribunal appeals and evaluations.
- Expertise with transfer pricing and taxes, both domestically and internationally.
- Expertise in tax compliance, litigation, and advisory.
- Familiarity with SEBI/FEMA regulations, business legislation, etc.
- Examine intricate tax theories and stances, then tailor them to the needs of particular clients.
- Provide in-depth understanding, analyses, and opinion articles on tax case law.
- Ascertain all the data needed to guarantee or finish accurate tax compliance goods within the allocated budget. Create a strategy for obtaining and disseminating information. Identify your regions of risk and adjust to the process’s obstacles.
- Deliver high-quality, on-time services and output that goes above and above for clients.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus in statistics, finance, or economics
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience
- A certified CA, CS, or LLB with between 0 and 1 year of direct company tax post-qualification experience
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, management, and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment
