Roles & Responsibilities
- Continue to communicate with clients on a regular basis, control expectations, and guarantee excellent customer service. Collaborate with tax experts to offer all-inclusive tax remedies.
- Acting as the firm’s representative in CIT/ITAT tribunal appeals and evaluations.
- Knowledge of transfer pricing and/or domestic and/or foreign taxation.
- Litigation, tax compliance, and advising experience.
- Knowledge of business law, FEMA and SEBI regulations, etc.
- Study intricate tax theories and viewpoints and apply them to particular customer requirements.
- Offer thorough understanding, analyze tax case law, and write opinion pieces.
- Compile all the data needed to guarantee or finish accurate tax compliance products on time and within budget. Create a strategy for obtaining and disseminating information. Identify your regions of risk and adjust to the process’s obstacles.
- Deliver work products and services that are superior to those of the client in a timely manner.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in statistics, finance, or economics
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience
- Certified CA, CS, or LLB with between 0 and 1 year of direct corporate tax post-qualification experience
- Capacity to succeed in a fast-paced, professional services environment
- Outstanding managerial, organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills
